Appointment Policy

To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit card. The provided card will be verified through our software to ensure its validity and consistency with the provided information (name, billing address, etc.). In the event of an invalid card or inconsistencies in the provided details, the appointment may be cancelled.

As part of our commitment to protecting our guests and preventing fraudulent activity, we may request a copy of your identification and a photograph. These will be securely transmitted via an authorization form and will be promptly deleted upon verification.

Upon your arrival, we will conduct a brief verification process to ensure that the guest and payment method match our records. This is an additional security measure to maintain the integrity of our services and safeguard our clients.

Please note:

  • The collection and use of your personal information, including payment details and identification, is governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive information.

  • We will never share or sell your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by

    law.  

Cancelation Policy
To avoid a cancellation fee, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to show up for your appointment, you will forfeit your initial deposit in full.

  • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid losing your deposit.

  • Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us directly if you have a unique situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Service Fee

A non-refundable service fee of $19, plus any applicable taxes, will be added to the cost of each service rendered. This fee also applies to any complimentary services you may receive. Please note that certain amenities, including but not limited to the State-of-the-Art Swimming Pool, may be subject to availability and guest demand.

Parking Information

Valet parking services are offered based on availability. We are pleased to provide validation for our guests who utilize valet parking.

Filming & Photography Policy

Any professional photography or videography conducted within the Lux MedSpa Brickell facility is strictly subject to prior approval by the Public Relations department. Upon approval of a request, a designated representative from the Public Relations team must be present during all photography or filming sessions.

The use of professional photo and video equipment for personal purposes is prohibited throughout the Lux MedSpa facility, unless express permission has been granted in advance.

Members of the working media who intend to bring photo or video equipment onto the premises are required to obtain authorization from the Public Relations department prior to their visit.

Access and Conduct

  • Guest Rooms and Suites: Access to guest rooms and suites is exclusively reserved for registered hotel guests. Lux MedSpa personnel are not authorized to enter guest rooms or suites under any circumstances. Furthermore, charges for spa services cannot be applied to hotel room accounts.

  • Outside Food and Beverages: The consumption of outside food or beverages is not permitted within the Lux MedSpa facility.

  • Glass Containers: For the safety and comfort of all guests, glass containers are strictly prohibited in the locker rooms, steam room, and outdoor areas of Lux MedSpa.

Promotional Reservations

In addition to these standard terms and conditions, reservations made under the auspices of a Promotion may be subject to supplementary terms and conditions specific to that Promotion. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of a Promotion and these general terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall take precedence and govern accordingly.
